Introducing the EvoSpec Performance TITANIUM wheel studs. These studs are not like anything else available today. Our studs were designed to fit everyone’s needs and in a much safer way.
Our studs are a M12 size with a 1.5 thread pitch which is pretty much standard for most applications. We offer 2 length sizes. 82mm long or 105mm long and both studs feature an extended thread length on the head of the stud compared to most other extended wheel studs. This gives you approximately 7mm more thread length of contact onto your lug nut for a much safer installation. The reason we did this is for those who use spacers or just have poorly designed lug nuts that are not true 100% threaded design inside. The amount of thread contact from the stud onto the lug nut is a big deal not only for a proper installation but for safety as well. Now you can be sure you have the most thread contact between the lug nut and stud as possible with our stud options.
Also the base of our stud is has a larger OD footprint then typical studs giving you a much stronger and wider mating surface support once installed.
If the 82mm stud is still not long enough or giving you enough thread contact on your lug nuts we also offer a 105mm long stud to fit those needs. The longer 105mm studs also give you an additional 23mm in usable length for those who are running 20+mm thick wheel spacers.
Our 82mm titanium studs weigh in at 7grams each and comes out to be about a 1.5lb rotational weight savings over other steel style extended wheel studs.

When installing your lug nuts onto regardless if they are titanium or not onto a titanium wheel stud do not use impact guns. It is recommended to use hand tools and a torque wrench.
