Introducing the billet transfer gear cover plate. This plate uses a high quality high temp and oil resistant O-ring that is also replaceable if ever needed. The O-ring is finger pressed into a receiver grove on the back side of the cover. Also on the inside of the cover we made the clearance path for the transfer gear just a little bit tighter in hopes to help keep trans fluid onto the gear just a little bit longer. The front of the cover is designed with heat sink fins to help dissipate heat away from the transfer gear. Will all this actually work? I don't know.
