Here is an adapter bracket made for the Mitsubishi Starion / Dodge-Chrysler conquest platform to allow you to use the Evo X DBW accelerator pedal for a bolt on DBW setup. This bracket puts the Evo X pedal in the factory location. We chose the Evo X pedal because they are cheap, very available, and offer good resolution over some other DBW pedals. These adapter brackets are also adjustable in the up and down position giving you some personal preference with the pedal location in such a tight spot.

DBW Accelerator Pedal is available with limited supply. When selecting the DBW Accelerator Pedal if it is shown as an option, it is in stock. If it is not shown in options it is not in stock. The pedals we provide are good used pedals from the EvoX, Ralliart, & Chrysler vehicles. Every pedal gets cleaned and inspected before you receive it ensuring that you get a good working pedal. The ralliart and Chrysler pedals do not have the chrome foot pad the X pedal does. However all 3 styles fit the same, have the same travel, and same resolution. We also offer a limited warranty on them based on the circumstances at hand.

Each bracket setup will INCLUDE all titanium hardware to bolt the bracket to the firewall and the pedal to the bracket. Also an additional option is a complete DBW PNP harness that you will pin to your ecu. We have teamed up with Raven Fabrication exclusively make  DBW harnesses for our kits. We chose Raven Fabrication for this project because they offer some of the highest quality harnesses in the Mitsubishi platform game and understand custom work of the highest level. These harnesses are mostly plug and play other then the end user pinning the pins to your ecu/ecu harness. One end connects to your chosen TB, another end connects to the Mitsubishi DBW pedal, and the other end connects to your ecu. Each harness has a super small quick disconnect connector that fits through your OEM Throttle cable hole or any other hole you chose to pass it through on the firewall making it super simple to install.

Here is a description of the DBW harnesses that are built and how they are laid out for you:

Each harness is constructed using m22759/32 tefzel wire, Raychem DR-25 heat shrink, Raychem SCL heat shrink, OEM quality name brand connectors, seals and terminals, the terminals are crimped with the proper tools to provide a quality connection.

Brown = sensor ground
White/blue = signal 1
White/red = signal 2

Throttle body
Red = motor +
Black = motor –

White/orange = signal 1

If you do not want the DBW harness and would rather build your own setup your choice of connectors are available:
1. Evo X DBW pedal connector with pins and seal
2. Bosch DBW throttle body connector with pins and seals
3. Mitsu DBW TB connector with pins and seals

COMPATIBLE DBW THROTTLE BODYs and INFO:

Bosch DBW Throttle body.
Note the 68mm TB mounting holes need to be drilled out for M8 sized bolts.
The 74mm and 82mm TB will require a adapter flange or a intake manifold flanged for this TB.
These will require the Bosch connector which you can choose in the connector drop down window.

OEM Mitsubishi DBW options.
Note these are a direct bolt on to your EVO, DSM, and 3000GT OEM intake manifolds. Make sure you port match your manifold to the TB if needed. These will require the Mitsubishi connector which you can choose in the connector drop down window
